Some preference will be given to people located in the Los Angeles area, but that’s not a requirement for most positions. You can work from where you live. Our office is currently based in the fun and lively area of Playa Vista in Los Angeles, California. Honest Company, Google, YouTube, Samsung and dozens of innovative start ups and marketing companies surround our office.

We want to work with the best people possible. Many of our roles start as a freelance position but we will bring folks on as employees when it makes sense for everyone involved. Corporate profitability is a priority for us, but a big part of making the company successful is finding and keeping the best talent. Salary & Benefits – for Employees
The salary will vary based on the role and your experience. Every full-time employee can expect the following benefits:
Book Launchers shares profits with all part-time and full-time employees. Not every month is profitable (we are growing and that means ups and downs), but when we are profitable we all share in that.
If you’re not healthy, you’re not going to be able to perform at your highest level. It’s not required that you be a fitness freak, but we love people who take their health seriously. Fulfilling work is only one part of what makes life great. Eating well, spending quality time with the people you love, and staying active are all important to a healthy and balanced lifestyle. To reflect this, all full-time employees will have access to company benefits including premium level health and dental coverage.
Book Launchers also pays for your gym or health membership to encourage you to get moving!
You’ll also start with two weeks paid vacation plus we’ll always shut the office down for the week between Christmas and New Years. Part-time and full-time employees get the holidays as paid time off. Every employee also gets their birthday off if it falls on work day. Part-time is not eligible for any other benefits.

Our Los Angeles based office is in a very fun, vibrant and flexible space. But, our team chooses to avoid commuting and works from home. The only thing that matters to us is that our clients are receiving the absolute best care and you are getting your job done.
You know how you work best, and we’ll look to you to tell us what will work for you. As long as we can reach you, you attend our daily meetings online, and our clients are happy, then you have the freedom to control your schedule.
This doesn’t mean you won’t have to work hard – there is a lot of work to be done every day and the pace will sometimes be pretty intense to meet our client’s needs.
